Why not just make it so you HAVE to register with a credit card / Drivers licence or another form of identification. that way you cannot create accounts left right and center..
you know there is such things as fake info generators that make that info for you right? hardware bans will nip the problem in the bud.
True, but not if SoE actually checks them for validity. if the info is fake then that person can be had for fraud =D
This has been addressed multiple times, and the answer usually boils down to: they looked into it and either can't do it now or decided not to do it now.
