I'm against the concept of "outfit X captures base, members of that outfit gain a benefit". Either the entire faction should gain the benefit, or nobody should gain a benefit. You should not be providing an incentive for outfits to sabotage each other's efforts just in order to get the benefits of the base. Not comfortable with displaying the outfit name on bases. If it was the top-3 or something, I would be okay with that. But displaying only a single outfit's name up there is not going to reward players for doing the right things (working with other outfits in a cooperative and constructive manner). Instead, you're rewarding the "me first" culture by encouraging outfits to sabotage other outfit efforts just so that it's your name that goes up on the banner instead of the other outfit.
