3lue Rangers [3LUE] is a Hardcore New Conglomerate outfit on Connery.

Requirements:

~KD .6+

~SPM 120+

~BR 40+

(Exceptions can be made)

~No mic required (Although recommended)

~Respectful towards Outfit members

~Pass outfit trial

Outfit Trial

~All New Blues Required to pass a small trial to determine if they are cut out to be a Ranger. This also determines what their rank will be in the Outfit.

~Trial consists of running in a Hardcore Ops squad and preforming their specific role in the squad comfortably and efficiently

Ranks (up to change)

~New Blue~ New member to 3lue. Has not participated in Trial.

~Air~ Prefers Air game-play over ground. (Can still participate in Ground Squads if needed)

~Ground~ Prefers Ground game-play over Air. (Can still participate in Air Wings if needed)

~Leadership~ Leads squads/ platoons also can represent 3lue Rangers if needed.

~Commander~ Leader of 3lue Rangers. (If another is needed the position is voted on by the outfit)
