I just installed the lengthy 10 hour install for PlanetSide 2. I let it install overnight. When I saw that it was ready to run, I pressed play and then it displayed this message: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application. I know that my PC is good to go because it reaches the recommended requirements and I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit. I tried updating and restarting my PC, but that didn't work. I also downloaded PlanetSide 2 from the website and not Steam if that;s important. I'm thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that makes any difference, and I think that's what fixed the problem on my old PC last year.
