You will need to send techs on site to your server at Equinix. The connection issues are coming from there, the network looks to be fine, up until the the server. I would also advise to see if they are having any issues with power as well. There should be no reason for anything outside to of that to be creating an issue. Contact Equinix or send your tech support there

I got the disconnected from server pop-out. Tried logging back in. I pressed the play button which remained green while others turn grey. Nothing happened.
