hello I am looking for the latest updated roadmap 2023 where is it? would like to have the alliance outfit system for small units and the right to participate in the oufit wars too

Sorry, did not get that from your post. I assumed it now being 2024 and a new route having been published for 2024 that the 2023 roadmap had been trashed.
