They should make an DEV base, that we could attack and kill DEV team after these downtimes

When you have a blue screen of death, does you computer warn you 15 min before ? No, and it's the same here, even with better crash prevention servers can still crash.
Now you have reported the problem, all you can do is to wait.

i did not know it was a crash, they do sometimes the same thing for a hotfix
kick us whiteout a warning

DBG needs to open up on this official site
a small post on this forum with "we have some server problems and we will fix this asap"
but no nothing, now i hear this from a other player on what happened

Servers were probably getting DDoS'd.
