Think of a MANA AI turret in the back of the Harasser that the rumbleseat user can use(if they are not a MAX).
Why not, instead, just make the weapon the user has equipped in the Rumble Seat work on the HEAT mechanic instead while they are in the seat? Overheat can = one magazine, and full cool down once overheat can = long reload speed. Lets the Rumble seat passenger have MOAR DAKKA whether they are a MAX or not while not removing the unique function of the rumble seat (getting to use your own gun). Might as well do it to the Valkyrie too.

my harasser wet dream...360 rumble seats like on flashes they'd be hellishly strong if they could sneakily flank but they'd also be a very very tasty cert pinata, 3x kill XP, vehicle kill XP and max kill bonus XP
engis should be able to place their turret, be it AI or AV, on the back i mean if you were going to do something like this
Building on this, why dont TR MAX units with Lockdown get their lockdown bonus while in the rumble seat? Technically you are locked onto the Harasser. Same with the NC Aegis shield. Could make NC Harassers much tougher from the rear. And VS ZOE.... Uh... Perhaps it could overcharge the main weapon?
Allowing the MAX's ability to synergize with the vehicle platform is a potentially brilliant idea, depending on how it were implemented.
Yeah, TR harassers will get an even more insane DPS, NC harassers will get a shild and the VS harassers will glow purple. I am lovin it!
