What housing items do you want?

In addition to triangles, more doors and windows, I would love the ability to JOIN THE ANTONIA BAYLE HOMESHOW CHANNEL from NAGAFEN. It doesn't make sense to me that we can't join while all other servers can.

fuel merchant would be awesome, too. more curtains. theres a lot of tapestry but i've found only one mauve curtain. i used it to hide those ugly everfrost summer home walls.

Aguatic type plants (for aquariums)
More options for customizing walls/floors, etc.
Working lighting that can be turned on and off and that actually lights a room.
May sound strange but a complete bathroom set. We now have a sink, a bathtub, vanity sets etc but no commode. Seems kind of strange to have a bathroom with no commode in it. It would be nice to be able to make a house that is more complete.
Was mentioned somewhere else other kinds of aquatic life. I would like to be able to make a small coral setting in an aquarium with an eel poking its head out.

Expanded Depot or removing Lore tag and fule merchent high on list also.
Another I thought would be great, Cabinet/rack/depot for Appearance items!

I'd like to add my 2c on this fuel vendor idea. Don't make a house item out of it. Make a fuel vendor summoning scroll and update the rush order / work order scrolls to work for 60 minutes.

The ability to keep my hearths lit the way I set them and have them working when I enter.
More light sources that light up a room...like the candles use to do.
Pipes, faucets, shower heads, sinks.
Water features, many already mentioned that can simmulate running water, water falls, and fish types and groups of fish like the harvestables.
Seasonable vegestation, in trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.
Would love for the hungry halfling to expand this harvesting horizons and add more dish options.
As mentioned by others, completion of some furniture sets with more pieces. I paticularily like the green halfling set. Really flesh out the sets to include more house type furniture.
I would like the masks from NotD and Nek Castle quests, etc. to be able to be mounted for our walls.
I would like wardrobes and closets that would be able to actually hold clothing items.
Walls that have windows and/or wall paper. Placeable windows with sunlight.
More crockery and hearths. More bathroom type items, towel racks, toilets, shower curtains.
A stable type structure.
Beach items like wooden chairs, beach umbrellas.
I would like all these to be player made or rewards in game....nothing SC or LoN.

Repeating myself here, but please GET RID OF NO TRADE HOUSE ITEMS and make all of them heirloom instead if you feel they have to be limited somehow - seriously they aren't game breaking, right?

I second the request for more teleportation pad type items. I missed the event where they were given out, and it would help a ton in a prestige home to be able to have them again. In terms of tiles, I would love to be able to skate on my frozen tile from Frostfell and make my in-home skating rink realistic!

Edited to add that my intention was not to derail the original thread question. I felt it prudent to express to the devs that if I am wanting to chat with other like minded decorators that my conversations or lack there of are limited to players on Nagafen that could care less about Housing. So for me opening up the housing channel is a valid request for what I want to see for housing options. Maybe this isn't the right thread but maybe they'll read it and consider it.

I would really like to see some roofs. With the advent of the island house, many of us are trying to build castles, but difficult to find items that work well as a roof other than the flat tiles which, excuse me but...BORING.
You could have round roofs, gabled roofs, etc in a lot of different colors.
Would also like to see some items that are resizable on more than one side. Currently you can resize an item to make bigger or smaller, but can't stretch it or mash it down to make it long and skinny or short and fat. The resizing stays in proportion.
Would REALLY love to see a pair of appearance black thigh high boots somewhere...

I'd like to have some of the larger tinkerish nicknacks (or is that gnickgnacks!) from Moors and Klakanon structures .. platforms and the like. I've got one of the Thurgadin Halls decked out with Gnomish stuff, but it really needs a centerpiece in the center!

Oh and while not furniture/house items - can each house we own please please please have a separate house vault?!

"interactive" furniture:

• Ice tiles that are slippery
• Water that can be swum in
• Lifts that can be ridden
• Air vents that can blow you up
• Trampolines that can spring you up
• and so on

Non housing item - I'm a gnome - I want a gnome sized home.. not a different design but just relative to my height so that if a human entered they'd have to scrunch down.
Housing Item: Carpenter made closets - hold clothing only - act like a single strong box perhaps 40 capacity. Should be easy to do since we can place sales crates. I know the argument can be made for everything but most of my bank storage is for my seasonal outfits.
I'm always frustrated by lighting. I'd love to be able to have a lighting with options - soft glow, medium, bright lighting.
Pre-made stair components that match floor/wall dividers - of the most common angles.
More table settings.
Double door - the kind where you can leave the bottom closed and just open the top
Ability to "install" a skylight

Would like to see:

• Crown molding & Chair rail molding in both gold and white
• Stair railing options in both wood and iron.
• Spiral staircases with railings in both wood and iron.
