    You are correct,, we did not get ANY tinkering recipes last xpansion. Still looking for a craftable "appearance armor wardrobe" myself.

    This doesn't mean that we always add new tinkering recipes with a level cap increase, just that when there ISN'T a level cap increase, there is less wiggle room to come up with new tinkering item ideas. :) Sorry for any confusion!
