Duplicate Tradeskill Rush Order Bug

    I logged onto the server after it came back up this morning, completed a single rush order, and now I can't take on a new rush order. I switch to a different character to confirm, and this character encountered the same bug.

    Taking on the first order went as normal. Completed the quest. Received confirmation in both the pop-up notification AND the chat window, but when I speak to the writ NPC it gives me the dialog that I need to complete the existing rush order before I can start another.
