    This would be a great opportunity to fix the long-standing issue of Minion's Mark causing Minion's Soulstealing to not hit as often (lowering dps considerably).

    There was an issue with how npc spells, including pets, function with spells that have pvp vs pve effects, and the spells in question were detecting a conflict and bailing. This should now be fixed on all servers.
