Fixed Internally Summoner AAs: Fury of the Elements and Minion's Soulstealing Not Working

After the Tuesday March 12 patch, 3 Summoners in one raid all confirmed that their pets are not casting either Fury of the Elements for the conjuror pets or Minion's Soulstealing for the Necromancer pets. There has been confirmation also that this is not a single server wide issue with multiple summoners spread across the servers saying that their pets are not casting this ability either.

This spell is one of the best spells for summoner pets and without it working, their dps is severely decreased. Would be great if this could get a hot fix so summoners can get their pet back to normal.

Yeah, looks like it's either not being prioritized or just removed period.

Well we were viable. Looks like we’re the new Beastlord… DB please don’t sit on this bug long, this is a large portion of the pet’s output which is essential to the summoner classes.

Another confirmation for conj not working. Tried completely redoing AA's and recommitting and still nothing.

And Fury of the Elements is the spell with the highest damage.

it's a lot worse than just no Fury of Elements / Minions Soulstealing (even if, of course, the other missing spells are disproportionately less impactful)

For Conjuror pet, the following spells are missing:
- Fury of Elements
- Furystorm
- Thunderous Attack
- Galestorm
- Wisp Blade

Somewhat-surprisingly only Fury of Elements out of those 5 above is granted via AA, others are native scout-pet spells. Other spell granted via AA (Minion Mark) still works. This points to likely general Pet-AI problem in spell selection, rather than AA-spell-granting system being broken (thus re-committing AAs has no effect)

Pet AI does not "make up" the damage gap of missing spells by casting "other" spells more often. Calculations of dmg difference, accounting for stat fluctuations via constant proc dmg such as Spark and Planar Wrack, is simply that you're missing the dps of missing spells. Tangentially interesting, this reinforces the previous theory that majority of pet spells are 0-cast / 0-recovery

Please fix!

Downtime is going to be needed to fix this problem. It probably isnt high on their priority list as much as spelling errors so the "fix" will be put in about 13 days. Find it hilarious that its so easy to break a class during downtime by disabling summoner pet ca's.

So after testing the Necromancer, its not as bad as the Conjuror.

Necromancer still has - Unseen Blade, Shadowy Garrote, Wrath of the Undead Servant(AA), Shadestrike, and Throat Gash.
I believe missing is *Acidity, Posioned Spike and Minion Soulstealing(AA)*
