Anyway. Again. Any NEW SYSTEMS (like resolve) added to the game should be designed such that they encorage an increase in the population or at LEAST maintain the current population, not cause a DECREASE in population. It's so obvious that I'm baffled that there are even a few like you who argue for it.

I have some hope based on gninjas post that it will be balanced well primarily around gear raher than the buffs. (But gotta say, inb4 next expac jewelry has 21 resolve 250 potency. )

12 pages, dozens of opinions, and at least 10 reported posts so it's time to put this one away. We do appreciate everyone's feebdback but there are no plans to adjust Resolve at this time. We'll obviously announce if that changes.
