It would be misleading to says that ALL items were previously reforged with stats that are not allowed anymore (dps, recovery, cast speed , reuse...) have been reset. Which should be the case. People who gut lucky the first time have finally had some items reset this time, yet there are still many who still have items equipped or in their bags with old reforge.
