   Correct you dont need t1 pattern to get the t2 pattern from the merchant BUT you will need to have looted the t2 pattern prior to being able to buy the t3 pattern same for getting the t4 pattern

   Have to correct myself: actual lv 110 (and signature almost but not full finnished, and no faction finnished) is enought for buying T2 things on twinks
