My stuff missing too on 3 of my accounts and it's the heroic characters Jewelry, Cloaks, Waist, Charms 90 to 95 Heroic Characters. Halls of Fate server.
You probably should mention the toon name, what server you were on originally, and what server you were merged to. You'd think they'd know, but in reality, better to give the devs the full deets.
I would guess that at some point some of the items specially created for the heroic characters were retired over time - as many items have been - but usually they are replaced if so. Did you have any items in your inventory/overflow you didnt recognize? Especially easy to tell if you had items specifically named something akin to 'Retired Item' with a green goblin/snot ball icon.
What Sigrdrifa said -also you should copy/paste your post into this thread and like it's original posting as well to upvote the issue for faster attention & resolution. (it is simply the first report of this particular bug)
