I could have sworn yesterday the Calendar in game said the 7th is Heroe's Festival Now, the Calendar shows it as November 4th .... days ago?? No in game mail is why I checked the Calendar noticed the switch. Did this happen for anyone else? When is the actual Festival? - Sheyn
I am confused a bit my self. I thought I'd see it underway when I logged in today, but there's nothing at all event wise. Some info on whats the delay would be nice, please.
It was postponed due to the extension of Nights of the Dead (it would have caused conflicts). It will begin at 10 a.m. PST today however. Info on it will post then.
Just to clarify, the entire time that Heroes' Festival was scheduled to run was adjusted. Its start was shifted and so was the deactivation. after today's patch the in game calendar switched to old dates for Heroes' Festival. Is there any way to make sure it does not end tonight?
No worries, the in-game calendar is manually maintained. It looses any on-the-fly updates whenever the server goes down. It's why it doesn't normally get updated when changes to the event dates occur. But as you can see, the event is still going and will conclude as warned, on 11/17/23 at 11:59pm. ~ Kaitheel
I'm pretty sure what the answer is going to be, but will next year's Hero's Festival make EQ2 old enough for some of the armor we see in some of the game's artwork (and no; I'm referring to what this lady has equip'd: https://www.everquest2.com/news/eq2-heroes-festival-2023
