Halls of Fate - Persistent Zone and Key

I had to wait a day extra to finish the Claymore line due to this, otherwise I could have got my 20 updates in HoF, gone to the next step, come back to get my next 20 updates in HoF that same night, and completed the quest that night.

The Large Draconic Key in Halls of Fate will now respawn a short time after it is picked up.

Verified that this works now on test.
Both in leaving zone and logging out for 5 mintes, and coming back to zone the next day.
