EQ2 PVP is Dead, play Archeage PVP, its very much alive.

This pretty much sums up how much of a failure that BGs are...someone wants to have harvest nodes put in them. We've actually reached this point. Next, maybe a few quest givers? Then some merchants? Maybe a larger zone with travel paths and choke points, and maybe you need to travel them to reach the quest givers and harvest nodes? Awesome idea...then add some zone lines to connect these BGs together and call it a red server?

You are right. BGs aren't going anywhere...and that is why EQ2 PvP went from being the best game in town, to being the saddest story since SWG. BGs should have only been for blue players...and blue gear.
