   i just noticed this in raid today:
   
   brig debuff CA doesn't even work
   
   when I used dispatching/holdup/entangle/epic3.0, then i used detect weakness to check enemy's stats, the mitigation doesn't seems to go down at all...like nothing...
   
   this makes brigand completely useless
