Very, very rarely. They're the only truly interesting bits from those raids, but they're so rare it's not worth the time.
The new slots that came out with the GU last week? As far as we know they're only available in Kael. I am not holding my breath for recipes until the expansion in a couple months, because we're likely to get a full set of new mount gear recipes then.
