I hit level 10 and got two new Season 2 quests. I can now purchase all of my Season 1 quests off the vendor. Was super excited about this until I realized that you can only do one charged quest at a time and the weekly counts as one so I'd have to get rid of that to do anything else. Is this working as intended?
Soraia, Season 2 quests aren't supposed to be available until level 11 so that might be the issue but I am not sure.
I'm level 11 now and have 3 of the Season 2 quests and 1 new agent so that doesn't seem like it would be the problem.

I have 30 available on the vendor. I was able to buy them all, but get the message "The overseer quest failed to be added because you already have the maximum allowed number of charged quests" every time I double click on one. When I filter my quests by "charged", only the weekly is on the list. I currently have 3 Season 2 quests available to me and finished the last of my Season 1 quests yesterday.
I was able to do 9 charged quests yesterday before getting that message, and now today I can't do any charged quests. Is there a limit to how many you can do?
Purchased charged quests are not allowing players to add (consume) them - Error message "The overseer quest failed to be added because you already have the maximum allowed number of charged quests." Additionally the UI shows no indicator as to the reason for this since completed charged quests vanish from the UI (the UI shows a small number (3-5) available quests), resulting in an inability to add any new quests so many players can only do 3-8 quests per day, assuming you turnover the 2 uncharged S2 treasured quests as often as cooldown allows, until this is remediated.
I was able to use about 5 or 6 charged quests yesterday before I received the error message. I was hoping maybe the number allowed would reset today, although there was no mention of a daily limit on the charged quests.This did not happen, I am unable to add anymore charged quests.
Well, like eveyone here I was able to buy all my old missions but could only use 4 of them. I tried on a second character and got the error message. Now I am stuck with only 2 of the season 2 missions and none of my agents have the stats to go with the missions. Now, I need to find a whole new set of agents as well as daily missions
Same Here, Cant Use Overseer Tokens always get the Error Massage you have allready reached the max level of quests. 2. It would be realy nice if the Quests would get a Tag like Tresured / Legendary / Fabled etc and why is the Weekly a Leganday Quest it sould be at least Fabled or higher Tier because of the 7 Days timer and Rewards. 3, I want my old Quests all to display in my Window again instat of buying them everytime i am force to go FP or Quenyos instat of being in Guild Hall or house Starting Quests and Log on the next toon whit free Agents and Bonus Mers and Fammilars. 4. The new system is messing it totaly up go back to the old one just level increase the Tier of Quests which are available after hitting a level / for get better Rewards or Overseers from it by doing the duty , so all players get a chance to loot some higher Oversseer Agents for example. The old systhem was much more easy you could log in see whats available choose you agents and bonus abbilitys statrt quest. If some toon do not have agants which are needed log to the next see what quests need what add all an start, now you need to do 4 sheets of paper for being sure not buy or have quests double bought the more options = more mess get us back to the old systhem. And if the half or more charged quests who not count for the daly Counter Quests how to reduce the Counter ??? if thier are no old quests which count for. 5 and make a new mechanisem away from RNG since Expa started i do all Quests especialy the Fabled and better with all Bonuses like 70% off Bonus and i never saw any VIII recepie yet , some of our guild or force get one recepie after one , one of us got 7 Red Addorn recpies in one Week some of us never saw any. And if Accidently bought quests with low tier because of no Flag on Merc make us able to delete them from Quest Journal. About the RNG its not acceptable anyway that gamerelevant things like the Red Addorns are hidden by RNG those things should be reward from Crafter Timline or TS Quests like in KA Expa or PoP Expa but never RNG its everquest2 no lottery or luckgame or casino those mechanics are unwanted here and we mentiont a lot of times so hear us !!!!!! Same on the NO Trade on Some Addorns thier not any logical sence why addorns must be NO Trade if i am able to craft them i want to be able to build everything for my own if i invest the time and brain to get my Crafters and Subcrafting Classes like Addoring / Tinkering on Max level. Thier should be a difference in succes between the players who invest a lot of time for playing the game and get things compared to those who only login for Raid for example. Helfiren
On another thread someone mentioned that it counts your hidden quests on cool down, which implies there is a limit. This doesn't sound like a very efficient system. I think most of us would appreciate official clarification on exactly how the charged overseer quests work. Daily limit? Cooldown? Or any pertinent information besides we can purchase them, that part we know.
Yes, as it stands now its a nerf the day after you hit level 11 and it goes back to the dark days of overseering when you could not see all your quests.
The fact that they put the effort into showing you three tutorials on how overseer leveling worked and failed to explain the charged system is disappointing. Suggestion is to think systems through more and write a detailed explanation in an in-game book that you receive.
also after clearing all my quests and waiting a day i was only able to add charged quest i had already added and done so i am stuck with those crap quests now
So we are only able to use charged quests that we have already done? I really wish that had been explained or been written up somewhere. So now I am stuck with ones I don't want because they are the first ones I used before I hit the unexpected 'you have reached the limlit..blah. blah ,blah'? This whole system needs a complete re-write.
