In the Maw of the Menagerie there are two mobs that show up as a human male. The baby spider hatchlings are in human form as are the mobs that should be tentacle terrors. I think I also saw a frozen table (or something like that) appear as a human male as well. This is aggravating as I was hoping to get credit for killing the Tentacle Terrors for the Terrorible Tentacles achievement, but even though the mob had the correct name, I didn't get the credit as I should have.
