Has anyone else had this: New machine, fresh EQ install (haven't played in years), subbed up to see the new progression server and it tells me "Server has denied your request to log in can only have one account per machine on this server". Well shocking to me, I only have one account and only one install of EQ, what am I missing? Wiped out everything, validated assets, deleted caches (which I have no idea why they had anything on a fresh launch). I'm stumped.....
EQs error messages aren't always the most accurate. Most likely the server had a queue / Request queue was full. Lately at busy times, the game denies a lot of things, Instances, zonelines, login server timeouts. I just spent 40 minutes trying to enter a guild neighborhood and got 3 different excuses while trying. "Too far away"? "Not ready for visitors"? etc I think they need better computers or something!
