I submitted a ticket and was told to come here. I have 236/2000 Dark Reign Faction with my Tunare Wood Elf Ranger after doing a few missions. I wanted to get him to the point where he could roll with the rest of my toons through Dark Reign progression. Even though the numbers say he should be amiable, he still is listed as and cons dubious to the Dark Reign Commander. So I cannot start even Tier 1 progression with him.
Probably because you are a wood elf and have a negative modifier to evil races lowering the base faction value. Also with DoN, "amiable" doesn't mean amiable, there are lots of tasks that check for faction on the high side of the scale so you have to work out some more faction before they talk to you. Last thing is some of the tasks require other ones being completed and/or a hail for a flag before you are offered.
