XP Penalty on Progression Servers

    Hello All ! im considering rolling a toon on one of the new Progression Servers.
    Can anyone tell me if the Race / Class XP Penalty exists on the New Servers Today, or were they left out. Ive always wanted to do a Troll SK but the thought of the 60% xp penalty keeps me up at night haha.

    Also, are the servers open to people grouping up? or is everyone just boxing.

    The racial penalties were removed from the game many years ago. They do not exist on the new servers. Play what you want and have fun.

    The player class benefits are still in the game, just the penalty were removed and expect slow leveling they normal have a low normal EXP for the new servers. Your have to log on to find out the other stuff.
