XP not automatically going to AAs when maxed lvl

    I have a few accounts that are all access but only have access to the free xpacs (haven't bought CoV yet) and they are all now 110.99. When xping I get a message that they received xp, but they are not getting any xp into AAs unless I turn AAs on.

    I thought that when you are the max lvl for the xpacs that you own, your XP would automatically go to AAs. If this is the case, it is broken.

    Its the opposite. When you are at cap aa then your xp automatically flows into regular xp, unless that is also capped.
