It should be noted that there are two version of this item, one that is Required level 71, and one that is Required level 76. This bug report is for the former (possibly both are affected). The enhanced invisibility buff on the Worlu's Windcloak item doesn't appear to be giving enhanced invisibility any longer. Regular See-Invis mobs, as well as Undead mobs, can see through the invisibility this item is giving, making this no different from a 10pp Cloudy Potion.
Its just regular invis been like this for years. The description is wrong says enhanced but isnt. Once i found it was just normal invis became junk since it was lore and cloudy's were better at instant cast.
It gives invisibility level 2. Anything that sees invisibility level 2 will still see through it. Which NPCs, specifically, are seeing through it that you don't think should be?
It's not currently giving invisibility level 2, though. It should, and it used to. Not sure when it was broken to be giving invisibility level 1, but right now its a pointless item. I don't have specific NPC names to give, because I don't have more than 1 cloak at a time (lore item), but standard see-invisibility mobs saw through the cloak's invis.

I just checked it right now against a see invis NPC, which is why I said you need to list a specific NPC that sees through it because some NPCs can see through invis level 2 and it isn't a bug.
