as long as you verified you are a wizard by earning a Staff of Temperate Flux. but honestly, who saw this comin? nice perk for wizards to be sure to have a group spot. finally!
This is a red herring argument meant to bemoan, "I can no longer run my box crew to the Ancient Cyclops that a group has already engaged, killsteal it, then sell the loot rights to them for krono."
red herring argument? no sir, 'it's a feature!' if you havent been payin attention to the FTE discussions on test and most likely soon to be seen on Oakwynd... the temp flux staff is guaranteed #1 pull spot in any competition for a pull. So if you plan on being in a competitive area, you're going to want a wizard in your group doin the pulling. and that alone should change alot of dynamics, sounds like the only saving grace to FTE, but it does sound fun.
