   I'm up to the part in my druid epic where I need to talk to this guy, and I've been standing at the /loc from Zam for over an hour and he hasn't shown up on tracking. Has he been moved, or is he a rare spawn? I'll need to come back later to finish this portion and figured he'd be easy enough to find for hails like the others.

   IIRC he is supposed to be up all the time, but its been years. Try killing stuff around there?

   He despawns if someone has done a recent turn-in. Not sure on the repop timer, probably a few hours.
