Yes, it's a support issue. Yes, it should be in the support forum, and is. Yes, DBG should get better at allowing people to give them money for pixels. Basically, folks are being told they have no credit card on file, credit card has expired, needs to be updated, or, and I'm paraphrasing here, they are screwed.
