Quadro does perform much better but does also consume up to three times more energy. EQ does process most graphics via the CPU and does not support graphic cards much. So even a ten year old graphic card will do the job as long as it does have enough memory for your desired screen resolution. For APUs/GPUs the amount of memory does not matter much as they do just use the system memory instead. https://askgeek.io/en/gpus/vs/NVIDIA_Quadro-P620-vs-Intel_UHD-Graphics-630
3dfx Voodoo 3 AGP card Least I think that was the name of the card that I had in my Gateway built pc when I first discovered the majesty of EQ 30 years ago.
I’ve been using Quadro cards at work in Catia/UG for years, and they didn’t seem to perform any better than mid range gamer cards in EQ. They also tend to be pretty pricy.
