For immediate use, the best way is to hail Franklin Teek. For ongoing use, Allakhazam has lists of the three rotations.
From what I understand, the zone(s) Franklin Teek uses for the daily quests are all hotzones. Would be nice if you could pull up your map list function and see them listed, but w/e.
That is what I understand also. The dailys that are level based 20 - 95 only change when the servers do for the kill 5 task. But you can go to any of them without the kill task and still get bonus exp just not the task bonus exp. And the hot zone augs drop all the time. However the Heroic Adventures (HA) that do change daily from cousin Clayton are only bonus when you get the bonus mission from him. You can go do it the regular way but it is not a hot zone.
