I wouldn't mind seeing a different race added. They could add them to Crescent Reach. I'm not sure what other impact it would have though (like do they have to change every item to allow this new race to use it?) Adding a new class as someone suggested above (Dragonknight) sounds cool but the amount of work is massive and then it adds another class to worry about going forward in future expansions.
Not having Iksar Berserker was the true travesty of that race/class poll they did. One of the only ones on the list that even makes a remote amount of sense lorewise.
