Does anyone know what's blocking the heal recourses' on Blezon's Recourse? I can't quite pin it down. I thought it might be the new shawl proc but it doesn't seem like that's it.
Based on the 5/7 Test patch notes, it seems the promised heal line was blocking. But they are fixing that.
I'm still getting this bug, very often in fact, and when there is only myself and a tank merc in group. The recourse is blocked on the entire group, not just one character. Only the initial heal lands, followed by spam of "Your spell would not take hold" for each character/pet. And strangely, casting it again when if cycles and with no changes to buffs, it will land.
The recourse effects can block themselves, ie if you cast and have the latter recourse effects still going then the new ones won't stack/take hold. The spell refreshes before the recourse runs its course..
