Were Empires of Kunark ZEMs changed in the update?

    Many Ruins of Kunark zones have had their experience modifier adjusted for balance reasons and/or to encourage variety in leveling.

    Does this apply to EoK Live or RoK progression servers?

    I have been leveling a char in paw the last few days, but after patch when I used lessons on main the leveling char with a 25% potion running did only get like 7% in 30 minutes. Before patch I would have gotten last the double or triple.
