Has anyone else had an issue with Magelo sync refusing to sync ONE character? I've tried it on two different computers, and neither will do it. Just one character tho! I can't update Winn, but I can update every other character I have, including storage mules. If anyone can help me figure this out, you'd be my hero for like, the month. >.< It updates the date of the attempt to sync, but that's it. No gear, stat, or AA updates. And it just tells me that it failed to sync. Nothing more explanatory. =\
Are your character slots already full? Magelo has an option to "free up" character slots; I have never used that action so I don't fully know what it does.
In your magelo sync folder there is a file called magelo.log and a logs folder with error.log. Post a bug report in the magelo forums with the text of both of these files and a description of the problem.
