So on one of my accounts it lapsed to silver from all-access since my cc company sent me a new one. I tried to login multiple times and could not on that account getting an error stating the credentials could not be verified. I finally had to go into EQ and go to customer support then I was able to enter a new CC and I changed my password at that time. No I still am getting that error and can only login to account management via in-game support. I have tried it on multiple browsers and computers and still the same issue. I have been able to successfully login to my other accounts. The only thing different about this account, which I made in 1999, is it has an underscore "_" in the user name. While logging into SoE games is not an issue, I have not found a way yet to login to the forums for that account at all.
Exact error message is: The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic. Tried to login with cellular phone and got the same error to eliminate it being my router or home internet connection.
