For current end game raiding, does there ever come a time when a slower weapon hits just as often as a faster one? IE can bards, enc, etc buff a character to a point where it doesn’t matter if the weapon has 23 delay or 36? Trying to determine whether to go with higher ratio and speed vs higher damage in the current end game. Thanks for all responses.
This sounds like a monk or bst question from the options listed. I won’t comment on beastlords as I don’t raid one. For monk you always want the 23dly 2H I pick up the dropped 36dly for riposte damage when swarming low level content (no need to waste a nugget or muhbis)
