Weapon Particle Effects

What settings do I need to use in "Options > Display > Particles" to see particle effects on epic weapon ornamentations such as "Transcended Fistwraps of Immortality Ornamentation"?

I am not seeing the "blue glow" that should be there.

However I do see the "yellow runes" coming off of "Staff of Transcendence Ornamentation" and "Shinai of the Ancients Ornamentation".

This is what I have now for performance reasons:
Spell : Near, Low, My Spells
Env : Near, Low
Player : Near, Low, Me

The problem was apparently due to the opacity setting

Another problem is that the effects are scattered over different setup channels. Some weapon particles are linked to environement and some to PC.
