visage of the stonegrabber ,cannot find

Zone: Guild Lobby
Location: 471.13, -38.38, 3.25, 50.00

Description: i claimed the visage of the stonegrabber on my character toecheese but can not find it anywhere, on any of my characters. Any ideas where it went?

are you all access and did you log out and back in?

Check your bank? Use your “Find Item” window accessible via the Inventory window or EQ Menu. Maybe, it’s in there somewhere.

Ok so you type /claim in chat window.

Claim window comes up.

You hit refresh

Then at the top click the first category heading (features?) - this will put stuff in alphabetical order.

Go to bottom of list and look for V for Visage

I am thinking with all the lag in the lobby at times specifically recently that you may not have claimed it cause it timed out

thanks everyone. I found it. it auto installed in my head slot since i had that slot empty.
