Do you have the 6th year award? It is staunch recovery. Veterans rewards are given to the account yearly so it may not show it properly during that year until it is actually due. However you can always file a petition - those are free. This is from the help section: The amount is rounded in years and a fraction thereof. Please note, however, that this total includes the free trial time which does not add to rewards. This total will therefore usually be slightly higher than your actual Veteran time credited and at times may appear to be frozen due to this rounding.
Yes, I have staunch. Until July, I have entries in my logs showing the credited days going up about 30 days once a month, but since then nothing. This is happening on all of my accounts, not just my main although I don't have quite as extensive logging on those characters.
My /played time has been stuck for quite awhile now on at least one of my accounts, and I have never used any free trial time or let my account lapse. I dont know if it is all accounts, since I have only been watching the account time to get /veteran on a new character.
It's a very unreliable feature. It seems to work when it wants to but when it bugs out for months it's a pain.
My played time on my one main's acct. hasn't moved for quite awhile now. I only box 2 and the other one is already maxed 14 vets. so no big deal on hers.
My playtime for my 2002 rogue has been set to zero (!!!). And GMs said 6 months ago that they cannot do something. Now it says 200 days (instead of 12 years) and still no lesson and GM says again at support that they cannot do something and I should file a /bug-report. This really sucks. First, that I as a customer that has to report that error instead that the support brings that in the company to the right place - second: DGB broke after a zoning into bazaar 6 months ago not only the guild hall inventory (no player items in the GH anymore, everything vanished) - my rogue had NOTHING! equipped anymore. After relogging the stuff was there again but veteran abilities have been gone and /played too. And the support only copy/pasted the same text blocks. And to login the rogue solo was also useless as an idea to correct that... did that often enough to no avail - on another IP, on a fresh installation, on another system - useless suggestions again and again... they even don't read properly the old posts... And /bug did nothing 6 months ago, so I assume that this support is a waste of time sometimes... I should at least expect as paying customer that the support is able to set the date back around a viable point in the past to get my most important veteran rewards again - instead I am waiting till oblivion.... what a crappy company and a crappy support...if I remember the payment problems last year and the broken login server.. wow.. Daybreak brakes the day regularly meanwhile... This is really disappointing, I regret paying the Krono for that...
Be sure to log in through the Launchpad when you're going to check it. That has some impact at times.
