Velious - new heals not available?

So, Velious opened on Ragefire this morning. The NPC selling the porting spells was up, but the ones selling the new druid and shaman heals (Chloroblast and Nature's Touch) don't seem to be around yet. They have apparently been available in Commonlands on other progression servers, as Velious launched.

Is this intended, or an oversight?

Hopefully its a oversight because those spells were introduced in Velious to give the old shaman/druid heals a somewhat boost to where Cleric CHs and heals continue to outshine in every possible way

I agree. Druids are sadly lacking in the heal department in Kunark.

you typed heal instead of every, easy enough mistake.

No heal vendors available it seems.

Anyone Test Plane of hate yet? I somehow can't imagine the T2 mobs are dropping their Plane of Growth gear for Tunare classes again. Just seems like something DBG would forget.

Having not found Chloroblast on any of the vendors I did some searching and found this:

both seem to indicate that it was 2months post Velious release that this spell ( and others ) were patched. No idea if it was intentional then or now, just sharing what I've found.

Hopefully this is an oversight. Druids are already arguably the worst class in the game for Kunark-Velious, if those 2 heals are not available, I don't think I'll make it to Luclin.
