Vampiric Embrace vs Shroud of Undeath (agnarr)

    So I just got shroud and its proc is only hitting for 50 while our much lower spell Vampiric Embrace is hitting for 72 (at lvl 60)

    Is this as intended? If so...SUPER DISAPPOINTED!
