So I recently returned to the game on my now 91 Bard. As I approach level 92 I'm looking for gear upgrades and researched the visible armor slots for easy upgrades... i.e. Fear Touched gear. But what are the options for non-visible gear? Is there vendor bought gear via currency like in the previous expansion I had, HoT? My current gear is a mixture of T3 and T4 HoT. Thank you.
The current expac, Call of the Forsaken, has the vendor bought gear with currency like HoT had, but the expansions inbetween, VoA and RoF do not. You're best bet will probably be to check the bazaar for T1 RoF gear which is equipable at level 92.
