I have 2 All Access Accounts and an F2P account. I am considering upgrading the F2P account to all access. Assume, there will be a 40% discount this July 4th. 1. Are all access values (member ship fee's) discounted? 2. If the account is upgraded today, would it see the 40% discount?

Thanks for the reply/info, looked at the link and I remember that from last year I questioned if it was +12 months, that link answered that so if it roles around again .... I am in.
