Is there any way to reduce the recast on this? Or would it make the item more "powerful?" I use this item regularly and the recast is annoying.
That clickie is annoying for lots of reasons. Wish they'd put some restrictions on what spells/abilities trigger mana charge so it's not mostly wasted.
It'd be a better clicky if they reduced the recast timer.. maybe to an hour? Or something more reasonable.
The brick of Knowledge would also be a better clicky if they reduced its recast timer. But they refuse.
It may be the point you're trying to make, but what clicky wouldn't be "better" if its recast time were reduced?
