[Unofficial] United Council of Ragefire Guilds (UCRG) Constitution

Greetings all! I put together this document to help with the council
This is an unofficial constitution based on the ideas and rules voted upon during the 8 guild summit on 7/31 and the 12 guild summit on 8/9.

Seemed like a decent starting point to me?

As I've said before it's a shame that we would need something like this, but we do.

We as the council have not been alerted of this documents existence. Nor have we voted upon it's legitimacy.
