In addition to the UC servers being down, the friends and ignore lists aren't working, either, so "/" gets a list of everyone in the zone, but "/ all friend" produces no output whatsoever (not even "You have no friends, but you can add some with: /friends <name>". iirc, I saw this same friends/ignore behavior the last time the UC servers were AWOL.
